The aim of CrossFit is to build “broad, general and inclusive” fitness and to prepare trainees for any physical task. CrossFit does this through the use of “constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement”. CrossFit methods are “measurable, observable and repeatable”. This means that through a progression over time improvements will be made by increases in intensity and work capacity. Through these methodologies improvements are made in each of the ten areas of fitness (Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy). Utilizing CrossFit and a sustainable approach to nutrition, “fitness” is a prescription against “sickness”. As you become more adept in each of the 10 areas of fitness all other measurements of health will follow suite, including goals for wellness, appearance and performance.

Whether an athlete or a parent, and regardless of current fitness level, CrossFit is customizable to your needs. At CrossFit Pandemic you will use weightlifting, cardio (running, rowing, jump roping) and gymnastics in order to reach your potential. These things will be combined in an infinite amount of ways and methods to ensure continued results and interest.

Classes will be delivered in a group format, which markedly improves involvement and accountability while making getting fit fun. Most importantly through skilled and dedicated coaching, as well as the encouragement of your peers, you will reach your goals quickly, efficiently, and safely.
